For a Full Refund:
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and unused.
Merchandise must be returned within 20 days from receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required when returning merchandise.
Shipping costs/charges are not refundable unless the error was our fault.
Some items are special order and fees may apply for returns.

For Items not meeting the above criteria:
All merchandise returned is subject up to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Items must be returned in the original packaging and not used within 30 days from receipt of delivery. A RMA number is required when returning merchandise. The RMA number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery may be refused.Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. Checks and money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing.

For defective item returns:
Products purchased from us that are found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced. If the products are no longer a part of our current product line, the product will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply.
