Automationsource. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with or without notice. Price and availability may change at any time without notice. 

Our products are uploaded to the website electronically and reviewed by our staff, we are not responsible for pricing mistakes made from vendor uploads. 

In extremely rare occasions, if you purchase a product from Automationsource and it comes in below our cost you will have 3 options. 
Option 1: We can cancel your order and you can re-order the product at the new price.
Option 2: We can send you a link for the difference. 
Option 3: We can completely cancel your order. 

We DO NOT charge your credit card at the time of purchase, we charge your credit card before your order ships. On large orders over $1,000.00 we charge the credit card when we place the order with the vendor, usually within 24 hours of the time of purchase. If a product is on backorder and you agree to wait until i comes in we will charge your credit card at that time. 

We DO NOT store credit card information on Automationsource so we cannot increase the amount of the purchase. If you want us to store your credit card information you will have to contact our customer service department. All credit cards we have on file are kept in a fire proof safe. The credit cards we have on file are typically for customers that will call or E-Mail us from the job site and have us place the order for them.
